Hi, Iโm Lizz!
Iโm a Parent Coach (currently completing my certification), Art Therapist, Life Coach, and a Home Educating Mum.
I'm also an 80's baby and very much a 90's kid! (check me out in the photo being Phoebe Buffet!โ)
My mission is to provide support, understanding, and a safe space for neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent or otherwise disabled children. By guiding and supporting you, my goal is to help create a positive ripple effect for your kids too!
As someone with ADHD (likely Autistic too) and a long history of navigating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Depression ๐ง .
I deeply understand the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence.
Raising and home educating two amazing neurodivergent children has given me firsthand insight into the obstacles we face while navigating a world that often doesnโt accommodate our needs.
What do I do?
I createdThe Neurodivergent Parenting Revolution, an online Facebook support group designed for parents like meโa space where we can share our journeys with others who truly understand what itโs like.
Itโs for those of us who feel like weโve lost touch with who we are amidst the challenges of parenting neurodivergent children. And the problem IS NOT the children.
My own journey brought me to my knees, and I remember all too well how isolating it felt.
I never want anyone to feel as alone as I did back then. Thatโs why I do what I do.
I hope to walk alongside you and support you on your journey too.
